Rekha has 8 years working experience that spans Office Administrative duties to a full suite of Foreign Worker work pass-related HR issues. She is able to handle the full range of HR duties from WP application, booking of MWOC, SB purchase, PCP purchase, WP Issuance, OFWAS update, bank account arrangement until worker is fully onboarded with the company. She has also tracked the status of around 200 pax workers’ WP renewal and passport renewal dates, and is able to handle WP renewals in a timely manner.
Other than HR duties, she is very well-versed in FW-related insurance matters (WICA/FWMI). She is able to advise on insurance matters, and handle claims directly with insurance companies for individual cases. She has experience checking on claims reimbursement sums and keeping tidy records to ensure accountability. During her stint at Nordic Group, Rekha was in charge of tracking all medical and hospital bills relating to foreign workers. Her meticulous tracking and skill at liaising with internal AP partners ensured that all invoices were paid accurately and on time.
Well-written and well-spoken, Rekha is also suited for roles which require her to interact with internal and external stakeholders. She also has experience handling office administrative tasks such as managing the front desk, handling phone calls and emails from external parties, providing assistance in data entry, and supporting the planning and execution of company events such as Dinner and Dance.
An exceptional all-rounder, Rekha is also well-versed in using tools such as Photoshop and Canva and is currently taking a part time Diploma in Business Practice where she is honing her skills in the usage of Digital Marketing and Branding.
