Joined the organization as an application Technician to provide technical support, process monitoring, manage site works, customers, and sales.
1. Work scope covers process optimization projects, process monitoring, and troubleshooting at Naphtha Cracker plant and Butadiene plant.
2. Major projects on successful fouling control & foam control in the process side at;
a.) Crude Processing – Desalter to remove salt contain from crude oil.
b.) Butadiene Plant – (BD Solvent Loop~NMP and BD Column)
b.) Naphtha Cracker plants (Light Ends Towers, Caustic Tower, Oxygenated Wash Tower, Distillate stripper, Process Gas Compressor)
3. Assigned to manage 10 units of Cooling Tower, 14 Closed Loop System treatment, 6 Boiler treatments and Desalter system. SME in CW & Boiler water chemistry testing and analyzing skills.
4. Assigned lead Kurita team and manage the account.
5. Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews and reports with customers to provide technical details and service performance in a systematic strategy. Continuous liaising with customer service with chemical, reagent, equipment inventory planning and ordering.
6. Manage chemical production unit and logistic for a short term.

GRADIANT SINGAPORE (Dec 2023 – 2025)
Joined the organization as a Commissioning Team to provide technical support to MICRON, process monitoring, manage site works, customers and sales.
1. Work scope covers Commissioning process, process optimization projects, process monitoring, and troubleshooting at Wastewater plant and RO plant.
2. Assigned to manage 1 unit of RECLAIM process, RO, UF System treatment, ACF System treatment, and 6 Boiler treatments. SME in, WASTEWATER, CW & Boiler water chemistry testing and analyzing skills.
3. Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews and reports with customers to provide technical details and service performance in a systematic strategy. Continuous liaising with customer service with chemical, reagent, equipment inventory planning and ordering.
4. Managing plant shut down and commissioning system including SAT and FAT.

LINCSTECH CIRCUIT SINGAPORE PTE LTD (Jun 2025 – Present)
Joined the organization as a Facility Engineer to provide technical support to Lincstech, process monitoring, manage production facility works, water facility and project.
1. Formulate, implement, review and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs for systems in charge to ensure that the systems function as intended at all times.
2. Key person in charge of clean rooms, walk-in coolers & freezers, RO/DI water systems, waste neutralization, compressed gas distribution systems, vacuum systems, process chillers and non-clean utilities.
3. Carry out repair and troubleshooting of systems to restore systems to their operating conditions in the shortest possible time. Carry out root cause analysis and implement action plans to prevent recurrence
4. Able to formulate effective reporting and tracking systems for monitoring system performance and capacity usage. Recommend and implement improvement/enhancement projects where appropriate.
5. Formulate, implement, review and improve operating procedures to ensure optimum operation of systems
6. Monitor and review utility consumptions and work with users to implement projects to reduce the consumption where possible
7. Be familiar with all relevant standards, legislation, codes of practice and ensure their compliance
8. Provide guidance and training on the systems in charge to fellow colleagues so as ensure adequate working knowledge and system backup
9. Ensure plant histories, drawings, data and other appropriate documentation are being generated and properly filed for future reference and review.
10. Evaluate and recommend appropriate spares, consumables and other resources necessary for the day-to-day operation of the systems.
11. Conduct project supervision.

4. Value added services provided to customers with impressive savings worth USD 1.5M (validated by customer) and projects in the pipeline worth more than USD 2M captured in Kurita platform.
5. Lead multiple plant shutdown projects during major turnaround at customer site. Well experienced in project planning, execution, and team management.
6. Lead 13 CT passivation projects, 2 CW preservation projects and 12 site HEX inspections, BD process passivation project.
7. Competent in Heat Exchanger inspection on both water and process side.
8. Monitoring SCADA at owner workstation.
